Rachel Riley Fancher, Psy.D.

Founder & Director / Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Clinical Interests: anxiety, panic, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, parenting support, young adult development

Dr. Fancher is a licensed clinical psychologist, founder and director of Fancher Psychology & Assessment, LLC. She works with clients across the lifespan to help reduce anxiety, learn effective coping tools, improve relationships and to live a more fulfilled life.

Dr. Fancher holds a Doctorate and Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and Bachelors’ degrees in Psychology and French Studies from The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.

Dr. Fancher has experience and interest working with individuals across the lifespan and has gained extensive clinical training through work with Mt. Sinai Hospital, Jesse Brown Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and Jewish Child & Family Services.

Olivia Metzger, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Clinical Interests: adults with relationship difficulties, parenting support, anxiety, life transitions

Olivia is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She works with adolescents and adults and strives to create a collaborative and non-judgmental environment in which she customizes her clinical approach to meet the unique needs of her clients.

Olivia holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Yale.

Olivia has experience and interest counseling teenagers and adults in managing anxiety, depression, life transitions including the transition to parenthood, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and grief. She has gained extensive clinical training through work at The Family Institute and Columbia College.

Michelle Morrone-Kubes, PysD

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Clinical Interests: adults and college students with PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, parenting support

Dr. Morrone-Kubes has expertise in working with people college-aged and older. As a therapist, her goal is to listen intently so that she can truly understand you and develop a collaborative and trusting working relationship so that the hard work of therapy can take place.

Dr. Morrone-Kubes holds a Doctoral degree, with a concentration in traumatic stress studies, from Adler University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Northeastern Illinois University.

Dr. Morrone-Kubes has considerable experience working with people who are struggling with traumatic stress, depression, anxiety (generalized, adjustment, and phobias), grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and parenting struggles. She uses an integrative approach to treatment that includes cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, relational, and attachment theories.

John “Jack” Moorhead, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Clinical Interests: adolescents, young adults, couples, anxiety, depression, ADHD

Jack Moorhead is a licensed clinical social worker. He earned his Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his Bachelors degree in Sociology from Illinois State University. He treats couples, children, teens and adults and is a certified family coach. He works with clients to learn how their thoughts, relationships and behaviors impact their mental health and well-being in order to improve their lives. Jack is formally trained in the Gottman Method for couples therapy.

Jack gained extensive experience working with individuals and families at Ascension ProCare and Lutheran Child and Family Services prior to joining Fancher Psychology.

Morgan Lempko, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Clinical Interests: adolescents, children, young adults, anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, athletes

Morgan is a Professional Counselor. She specializes in work with children and adolescents and focuses on building a trusting and warm environment where young people can improve emotional functioning, reduce anxiety, and identify and build upon their strengths to overcome challenges.

Morgan earned a Masters degree in Counseling from DePaul University and a Bachelors degree in Sociology and Social Work from University of Pittsburgh.

Morgan comes from an education background with experience working in the school setting as a School Counselor. In this role, she worked with adolescents and families on treating anxiety, depression, school refusal, and ADHD.

Morgan Lempko, LPC

Alex Berkley, AMFT

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Clinical Interests: children, adolescents, family therapy, anxiety, ADHD, sports psychology

Alex is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She specializes in work with children, adolescents & families. Alex values creating a space of trust, healing & empowerment as she challenges clients to grow. She uses humor, curiosity and empathy to encourage clients to lean into their strengths and be vulnerable when approaching obstacles to change thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve them.

Alex earned a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePauw University.

Alex has a background in sports which helps her understand the importance of working as a team in the therapy room and provides her expertise and insight into the needs and stressors of young athletes.

Sara Gallant, LMFT

Associate Clinical Director / Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Clinical Interest: children, adolescents & families, parenting work, OCD, anxiety, ADHD

Sara Gallant is a licensed marriage and family therapist and Associate Clinical Director of Fancher Psychology. Sara works with children, adolescents, adults, and families to help them manage anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, ADHD, and emotional difficulties while supporting healthy relationships. She uses evidence-based interventions, cognitive-behavioral, exposure and response prevention, and family systems interventions to help clients reach their treatment goals. Sara style is collaborative, directive, and interactive. 

Sara holds a Master of Sciences in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University. 

Sara has experience providing therapy to clients across the lifespan, with a focus on children, adolescents, and their families. She has a particular interest and experience in parent coaching and anxiety disorders. She is a SPACE-trained provider where the goal of treatment is teach parents how to best respond to their anxious children. Sara gained prior training and experience at the Bette D. Harris Family Child Clinic at Northwestern University, providing intensive family services in an Intensive Outpatient clinic, and working in an outpatient setting focusing on anxiety disorders. When Sara is not working, she enjoys playing volleyball, exploring new resturants and places in Chicago, and snuggling with her dog, Cinnamon.
