What is Adult Therapy?
Therapy designed for the challenges of adult life
The staff at Fancher Psychology have specialists in the stages of adult life who work with individuals to improve mood, relationships and stress. Therapy for adults is hearing and understanding what is taking space in your mind, what is causing you distress, anxiety, grief, and what might be disrupting your life and then working to improve these issues. Being an adult doesn’t mean you need to be strong and put your feelings and fears aside for others. It means learning how to manage feelings and thoughts, and knowing how to operate with them instead of against them.
That’s where we come in.
